how is the coolant level? white smoke usually equals coolant being burned, which means blown headgasket.

Coolant levels are fine, and no signs of oil in the coolant as well.

No fluids are coming out of the exhaust, oil is not milky compression is 230 all the way across. I'm just looking for some help, any comments would be greatly appreciated thank you.

Wow you made 157 tq on a small 1.8? I find that hard to believe. I guess church's dyno does read high.

If your fluid levels arent changing and your spark plugs all look the same (no cylinder looks different from another) I'd say it's just "smoke" and not to worry about it.
