Default Changed out my ISB, now cant use 1st,2nd,5th and reverse!

So I removed the tranny on my 93 civic and opened the housing (which was intensely nerve racking for me because ive never done it before) and replaced the input shaft bearing and seal. Put it all back together and put back in car and now tranny runs horribly. It seems to me like I can only get 3rd and 4th gear. Any thoughts? I obviously did something wrong. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

P.S. I did a LOT of research before doing the ISB. I didnt just wing it. However, I obviously didnt do enough.

like no gear at all or gear shift not selecting the slot?

No, it goes into the slot, like I can feel it lock in but its like im always in 3rd/4th. Car bogs when I leave from a light until I get up to speed of 3rd, than its smooth through 4th than 5th just revs. Its crazy. Any thoughts?

You may not have properly aligned the finger of the interlock with the
groove in the shift fork shaft.

Tell me if this is correct... there are 3 little shift forks with a groove in all 3. I put the interlock finger in the middle one and the housing/surrounding piece in the outer 2. Does this make any sense to anyone? It really did look right.

Did you remove the interlock guide bolt to visually verify the proper alignment?

I did remove the bolt but I wasnt quite sure what I was looking or as far as the alignment. I actually used that link you posted as my guide but just couldnt figure that part out. Any more pictures of specifics would be great! I really hate to take the tranny back out and apart just to mess up a second time.
