I have a d16z6 turbo in my 98 civic ex. i used a jumper harness with a vafc but it runs like **** (flooding horribly) . So i want to get a ecu that i can use chrome on. I never even read about how you do it exactly and was wondering what all i need so i can tune this right. Is crome just a program to tune? and how can i get this so i can tune it myself and get this right finally. sick of not driving it!

I used a P28 ECU with a conversion harness in my 00 civic. I also had a D16Z6 turbo and I tuned it with Crome Pro. It worked fine.
