I've been trying to figure this out for a while and every time I've searched I come up with mixed responses, but I need to know 100% positively for sure.

Is it the actual mounts or the mount brackets that are different for a B series when swapping into a 96-00 Civic? I have a B18a in my car now, but I have a bad mount or possibly more than one and I want to replace all of my mounts. I need to know what mounts I should be looking for when I try to locate some.

Will d-series mounts work? Some people say they will, some say they won't. Some have said that the drivers side mount is different, although I just replaced my drivers side mount with a d-series mount and it fit fine. Let me remind you, I have the engine in my car now and I drive it, so I have all necessary items, brackets, whatever, just need new mounts. I see a lot of mount sets available that say for B-series and D-series engines, so it gets confusing.

Up for answers. Simply put, I need mounts for my b18 ek, will D-series mounts work asside from the brackets. Getting mixed responses.

 

D-series rubber mounts will all work.
