Default b16 head/b20 block built idleing problem

i am trading my motorcycle for a ek hatch an here is a list of the mods:
its a built b20 vtec...

rs mechine pistons 12.0cr
acl race bearings
itr oil pump
gates timing belt

b16 head
390cc injectors
supertech valvetrain
flat top valves which makes the c/r 12.3:1
crane stage 2 cams
arp head studs
inline pro cam gears
victor x intake mani
blox t/b...k&n filter
hytech replica header
3" exsaust vibert muffler

street tuned on neptune w/ anti-theft
by a good friend john kerr.. j-k-tuning.com

drivetrain
2000 b16 trans
sumtimes it goes rite in third and other times
it grinds ever since i put the skunk2 shifter in
act heavy duty preesure plate
act 4 puck unsprug disc
7lb fadanza flywheel
new axles
polyurathane eingine mounts
skunk2 short shifter

the question i have is when i start it, it sometimes(when cold) bogs out or barley starts and will shut right back off. i know it is cammed. he said they where crane 310 cams. i havent heard of them before. the only thing i know thats wrong with it other than that is like vtec isnt hooked up and speed sensor is no good. other than that idk. as far as cels go i dont have any so i am thinking the cel light is turned off. any help is good and thanks in advanced.

if the speed sensor isnt good or the speedo isnt working then vtec wont engauge, unless its been deleted in the ecu by the tuner which it sounds like it wasnt. it should throw a cel for that so someone may have took the bulb out for the cel light. its hard to tell what other cel's its throwing

no cel so i know something is up. because the vtec isnt hooked up and speedometer doesnt work so i figure speed sensor might come up.

Try a new VSS or check the plug for corrosion.

When you turn the key to the ON position (II) does the CEL light up and stay on for a few seconds then go off once the fuel pump primes?
