so the inside of my falken 912 has some camber wear and i was wondering if i can rotate them inside outside so that the inside will be on the outside and outside be in the inside. this will allow me to get more life of out of them.

 

The ZE-912 is an asymmetric tire, designed to have one side on the outside and the other side on the inside. Their marketing info says:

"Hybrid-Asymmetric Pattern Design - Provides authentic High-Performance grip and genuine touring confidence. Optimized inner and outer tread patterns ensure that dry performance, stability, and all-season grip are available when you need it."

I'm just guessing here. But I'm guessing you could flip it on the rim as you describe, and you might lose a tiny bit of precision in handling on dry pavement. Since this is an all-season tire and isn't all that grippy anyway, that's not a huge loss. So I would go ahead and try it. See for yourself if you notice any ill effects.

Of course, the better solution would be to get your car fixed so that the tires wear evenly. There are many possible causes for uneven wear - bad alignment, worn bushings, bent suspension components, etc. Get it inspected by a mechanic who's really good with suspensions.
