Default Signs of a bad clock spring?

Having problems with my '95 DX. I just recently upgraded my cluster from DX (no tach) to one off of an LX (with tach).
I also replaced my horn because it had broken from physical damage.
So I finished up the wiring and turned on my car and the SRS light stays on.
I reset the light by using a jumper and even unplugged the negative cable from the battery.
Both methods didn't work and now I'm pretty sure the clockspring has gone bad.
Help me confirm my suspicions so I can order a working used one off ebay or somewhere. Thanks.

if the horn doesn't work and if you have steering wheel control for cruise and that doesn't work then odds are it's broken or maybe you didn't plug the srs wire back into the air bag ?

I wonder why they cost so damn much?? lol. I'll probably order one off ebay this week. Found a couple for about that same price.

ehhe yeah the problem is the connecting rod bolts are those weired bolts that get hammered in so nothing but honda would work in there, or at least that i would be comfortable with
