Default Re-Thread a stripped hole on a carbon fiber hood?

Hey H-T,

So I've got a carbon fiber hood, but the problem is that one of the hole is stripped, there's no metal thread in it at all, so, I was wondering, if it is possible to somehow re-thread that hole?

Thanks!

Maybe a bump will help with an answer as I've got the same problem.
I was thinking of drilling out the stripped thread and adding some sort of thread insert. I just do t have an idea as to where to even start looking.
What are some other ideas people may have?

I came across some blind nuts.

This might be a lead for anyone with the same problem.

Yup, a nut insert is the way to go.
