Ok, i just called Mahdavi Motorsports in ATL to get a quote to do a full swap of a b18c1 into a 92 cx, and they said "over $6000". He told me the engine alone would cost about $4500-5000. I HAVE SEEN ITR's go cheaper than that! Is this goin on all over or are they just tryin to take me?

well an ITR and a GSR are different....
a GSR -B18C1 is about $3500
a ITR -B18C5 is about $5000

Labor is about $1000

 

i completely understand that, but the guy there told me about 4500-5000 for a GSR b18c1 engine swap and 1000 for labor.... what im sayin is that i could purchase a c5 for that price from a dealer
