Wont go into gear when on....
Ok so i finally got it running for those of you who helped me...now heres another problem i have on my hands. when the car is on it wont go into gear at all just grinds...the slave cylinder is new and the fork moves..i dont know hondas too well..so if anyone can help me out on how to get my clutch working and car into gear its my DD
try to put a large pry bar in between where the clutch slave pin is and the metal plate that goes into the tranny. then push the clutch all the way in keeping pressure in the metal plate. then release the clutch while still applying pressure. what your trying to do is to get the clutch slave pin to come out more. the pin sometimes can get pushed deep into the slave cylinder and needs to come out more in order to open up for you to switch gears. the same thing happened to me after i did my swap.....if you have any questions LMK
So it goes into gear when the car is off?
****ONLY DO THIS without anyone or anything in front of your car. The car might move forward***********
Try this. Put the car in gear while the engine is not running, push the clutch pedal in and keep it pushed in, then try to start the car. If the car moves forward, you more than likely have a warped clutch disk.

yes goes into gear when the car is off...nickaj what you just explained sounds exactly what i was thinking...its not pushing it far enough... i will try that and i will let you know...so im basically holding the fork while trying to get the pin the go further out?
ya try it and let me know if it works...when i did my engine swap i had a brand new stage three clutch in there and it did the exact same thing yours is doing...it would go into gear nice when it was off but as soon as you tried to drive it was a bitch to get it into gear....but hey lmk if it works or how it all worked out. you might need to put pressure on the metal bracket for a few times while you pump the clutch. i think i had to do this process 2-3 times before it got to full stroke
