Vented Valve Cover the same as a PCV setup?

Vented Valve Cover the same as a PCV setup?
So im putting together a b20vtec. And I know that my GSR motor as a PCV valve on the block. Does a vented valve cover work the same? Will i just need to set that up and wont have to setup a pcv valve on the block?!
