bumping compression in d16y8 with headgasket?

Icon2 bumping compression in d16y8 with headgasket?

head gasket went out.

would changing it to cremetic would bump it a little?

is this a good idea? or should i stick with oem?

also.. i have toque sequence but not sure how many pounds to torque them down too?

and also i couldn't find on the sequence to take them off in.. is it just reverse? can someone tell me how please?
