he stikes again i sold him a aem ems and victor x manifold and a month later he put a dispute agains me on paypal for 1200 bucks please everyone got scam by this guy contact paypal and he bougth part from my friend too and the same way 3500 worth on parts please contact paypal or me at felipeb16t@yahoo.com thanx

Happened to me too. Thank god I don't ship till I get money. He tried it too early with me and paypal stopped it because of him but no parts were shipped. Still going through it ATM

then you better call pay pal and figure out how they are able to take your money..if you have proof you shipped it to him you better how em.

Maybe if enough people who have been scammed by him can make a claim to PP hopefully they'll shut down his PP account

 

Easy to make a new account. Some of you guys should pool enough money, buy a ticket to Philippines and go there and beat up his *** and break his ****.

Correct me if I'm wrong but wasent there a notorious scammer in the past with the last name Pham. Pretty sure it was like Hung Pham tho. He took A LOT of money.

Get in contact with paypal and provide proof of delivery. In general with the dollar amount you sold you need sig confirmation. Let us know what paypal has to say.

 

It doesnt matter if you did proof of delivery ANYTHING that you do really doesnt matter.

If someone paypal's you with a credit card and lets say 1 week, 1 month, 6 months later wants to call up his credit card company and tells them that those charges were unauthorized he will get his money back.

So it doesnt matter what you do, EVERYONE myself included is at risk if you use paypal.

You really have to do a history check on someone you BUY from or SELL to, and that doesnt even mean anything nowadays, with the economy going to crap EVERYONE'S trying to make a quick buck and screw anyone and everyone over.

Send the tracking number to paypal.

Few months ago, i bought 2 items and only get one in the box, the seller send the tracking number to paypal and he win. I lost 1 item. paypal sucks.
