I sold my red 03 clean title for 14 last year. My friend sold his yellow 03 clean title last year for 12.5 and there are salvage title ones from 8-10k.

Clean title cars are generally cheaper in the Midwest and East Coast... if you find the right car you probably have to fly out there to check out the car in person, take a chance to drive the car back or have it shipped back after all that the cost factor & the hassle of going through it is really not worth it. I have seriously considered about purchasing several cars from that area many times thats why. Cars in NW tend to hold their value alot better than the Midwest & East Coast for some reason... maybe cause that area is more prone to cars having rust,flood,etc from bad weather....Just my .02* Bump for seller... no intentions of trying to ruin the sellers thread. thanks
