I been researching and called summit they have upper lower rear lca prothane kits but unsure what to order or from where any help would be appreciated thanks.

I was on there earlier and eventually called 2 of the dealers and they say they have upper and lower control arm bushings I got part number for lower and it was 47 from summit I'm not sure if that's what I need though.

 

I would think that contacting ES directly, as above, would be the most efficient and accurate way. I think the universal chart would help. Use a micrometer and get dimensions.

You can use oe or aftermarket bushings however you may need to trim them down.
