Andre, a friend of mine, was driving behind me on track and mounted a camera behind his window... The video is pulse-pounding, but too large to up it (1,2 GB).
I`ve made some snapshots and upped them to my website. I want to share them with you, maybe you like `em. Not of good quality, because it was a video.
Went to track with a Turbo-Astra and a some motorbikes at the same time
Overtook the Opel in the first curve
This Porsche hunted me for some minutes after overtaking Andre
I smoked that Calibra with the Porsche in my back...following me.
He was very fast, so is was a matter of time.... the camera car was near again
Uh ? Always wanted to race a van... big deal
Attention ! Security car in sight... Hard braking.
Here we go under full throttle
Damned fast curves getting very tight sometimes
Many spectators looking for cars crashing at this curve....
The reason for that security car... Had to take the outer line (dangerous at that speed)
We`re heading for a chicane
I wasn`t able to take this Mini in the curves.... Good driver who left no room for me
But I killed him on the straight
The difference of a modified engine to a stock ITR...

See me leaving the location... Had been a nice day and a great fun.

whats with the tow truck?
cool pics though
TypeR-Chris, a mate from Germany made a video from the edge of the racetrack at the same time. You can watch this scene when we were passing by (three ITR`s) making lots of sweet noise, overtaking this truck.
Here is the little clip: (1,3 MB)

Whats with the writing on the track? That chalk? looks like some kids had their way with it.
As for the vid:
Unfortunaltly I have NO fast connection... Only ISDN. So if the vid is 100MB, it would take me years to load it to a site or kaazaa...
I cut the mpeg2 video in two pieces... The second piece includes a whole lap where all the pics above were taken from... Now it`s small enough for a cd...
Maybe a friend can load it to a server... Has anybody a server or enough space ? My own website only includes 20 MB.
