I have an 04 Civic LS. The trans is making a slight clicking noise. The shop said it is a bearing inside the trans and I need to replace the trans. I do not believe it. When I push in the clutch, the noise goes away. It shifts perfect, no slop, no grinds. Has anyone else heard of anything like this ? Could it be the begining of a throw out bearing going bad ?
