h23 crank pulley on h22?!
ive been searching about whether you can use a h23 crank pulley on a h22 and people are saying the h23 has an extra rib in it and some are saying that the h23 pulley is balanced for the h23 crank and not the h22. the reason im asking is because a h23a2 landed itself in the junk yard today so if i can salvage it from there then i will, save myself £100!! i have a h22a5 with manual belt tensioner conversion as well. will this also cure the tightness of the tension conversion?
since the h23 pulley has an extra rib, the a/c and the alternator pullies will also have an extra rib. so if u wanted to use the h23 crank pulley you would have to use the h23 a/c and alternator pulley as well, along with the h23 belts.
as far as the balancing with the crank goes.. i have no idea

To get the altenator pulley off take it out of the car. Hold the pulley with you hand wearing a work glove and then use an impact gun on the pulley bolt at 150psi and ZIP... it will come right off easy, guaranteed.
