Default Rebuilding reliable B18C1

I have had my 92 hatchback for almost a year now. It had a boosted B18C1 motor up until last month, when I decided to part out the turbo kit in order to move into a place of my own.

Since I am unsure of the engines history, I have decided to have the motor rebuilt. But this time around I am going to return to naturally aspired on a budget.

I want to have OEM reliability & have a little bit more power than it had from the factory. Preferably around the 185-195 HP range.

Here is what I have planned so far:

Head:
-Inspected
-Pressure tested
-Hot tanked
-3-angle valve job
-Supertech valve springs & retainers

Block:
-Inspected
-Hot-tanked
-Bored to 81.5mm
-Honed
-RS Machine 81.5mm ITR pistons
-GSR OEM rods
-ARP rod bolts
-ACL bearings

Other Parts:
-eBay 2.5" cat-back exhaust
-Skunk2 2.5" muffler
-DC Sports 4-2-1 header
-Blox test-pipe
-eBay cold air intake w/ K&N filter
-OEM Honda gasket & seal kit

Parts I Already Have:
-Skunk2 intake manifold
-GSR throttle body (going to be port-matched to S2 IM)
-CXRacing radiator & silicone hoses
-ACT stage 2 clutch
-ACT flywheel

Is there anything else that I may need for this build? Will this put me in the 185-195 WHP range?

Here are some pics of my hatch and the previous set-up

You're going to need aftermarket cams and a better header to pull off 185-195whp.

^ Yup, definitely need cams. At least S2S2 or S2P1.

What header do you recommend for a budget build. I have looked into possibly getting the Speed Factory tri-y header, which is $300. Does anyone have experience with this header?

If you're on a budget, I'm pretty sure the best header you can get for the dollar are those Tri-Y replica headers. I'm not familiar with the Speed Factory one, but I'm guessing it's the same one everyone else is selling in that price range. Someone can feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. I'm more of an H-series guy myself.
