Default s2000 head or dc5 type r head on h22!!

a couple of months ago i was playin around in my shop, and i came across 2 head gaskets layin on top of each other. one which was an s2000 and one which was an h22. i flipped them over so that they where both facing the same way and what did i find. that all of the headstud bolts match up. so i took the s2000 head and slapped it on the h22 block and it fit. i told a couple of people but didnt want to spread the word to far, until i did somemore homework. i measured every aspect of the block and heads and it all lines up. the only problem with it is that a couple of coolant passages and oil passeges dont line up 100%, but it is nothing major that a good machinst cant figure out. the next problem is that the s2000 uses a timing chain and the h22 uses a belt, but i think if i get ahold of a good mechancal engineer he could help me figure something out. now with all this talk of the s2000 head bolting onto the rsx i dont see why i cant use a new integra type r head in replacement of the s2000 head seeing as how the type r head flows better. if anybody out there knows a mechanical engineer that would be interested in helping me out please lat me know. all comments welcome
