Removing manifold studs

I am replacing the head on my b18b, and most of the exhaust and intake manifold studs stayed in my old head, only the nuts came off. I was wondering how to get those studs out of my old head and if i can re-use them on my new head?

double nut
or get new studs

double nut or use a stud remover.
