Fuse Box 'option' power source terminals

Fuse Box 'option' power source terminals
This is from an integra. Does anyone know if a 2000 civic has the same thing? Are these connectors already fused or would I need to run an external fuse? I'm trying to run 4 or 5 gauges off of one of these terminals.
