I got a recall for the airbag inflator, so I told myself might as well take it to the dealer since my SRS is ON since last week. When I pulled the code last week, i got a 15-3 code which is related to the OPDS.
Not knowing there was an extended warranty on the OPDS to 150k miles or 10 years, and the car at 156k miles, I just missed it and was quoted $500 to get it replaced.
I am not happy.
How come Honda did not send out a letter informing honda civic owners of the warranty extension?
