Default Need timing belt advise

my timing belt came loose to the point where it doesnt start anymore. is there anyway that i could just simply tighten it back up? how tight should it be? should i replace the tensioner? im saving up for a swap so i do not want to buy a timing belt.

maybe you have a bad tensioner, get a brand new timing belt kit and fix it the right way cause you could smack that valve wit that piston and need a new head too
