The moter has about 4-5k miles on it , and it was all built RIGHT , Might as well been built by honda , this isint some 18 year old kid who threw this together it was built by someone who is patient , mature and very meticulous.

Car retains original A/c and power steering , all Ac components replaced and recharged about a year ago , as well as PS pump , car has 0 rust , it idles right at 750 no strange or weird noises beside the LMA's ticking a little , but I am changing LMA's next month to the newer style LMA's .

the only other problem is the low idle with the AC on , I plan on having both of those issues fixed Asap but besides that how much would you say the car is worth HT?

its not a for sale thread I just want to know what to realistically expect for this car , 4200 is about 800 less than was put into the car as far as paint and parts. I was thinking 6500 , wouldn't that be about right? with how rare it is to find a clean low mile EK or EM1 this is perfect alternative to someone looking for low mile GSR or EM1.

 

It's worth what someone will pay for it. Not because you think it's rare or what you THINK you can get it sold for. $4,200 was his honest answer.

4,200 was a lowball in my opinion. I payed 3,500 for my stock hatch. A clean civic with a gsr swap should go for at least 5,500.

yeah I dont think so , the car has been repainted VSM but WAY better quality than factory. it has many coats of clear on it , the TBS-11's are some of the Rarest EnKeis available ..... its impossible to find them expecially in anything other than 5x114.3 since most of them were 5 lug.

where I come from its pretty rare to find something in this good of shape. swaps are all around. this ITR was REBUILT , completely. has less than 5000 miles on it , tell me why theres a bunch of ****ing idiots paying 6000+ for EM1's with a crappy b16 with 70k or more. and the GSR's are going for even more with even more miles. so after thinking about it real hard I know my car is worth way more than 4200. Plus I have Koni's/GC's with all 4 top hats.

i'd list it for $6500 and i don't see anything wrong with that. you'd don't see nice clean well built cars like this one too often so i'd say you're justified in advertising it at a premium price. Like you said, there is people with EM1's that are beat up asking $8k+ just because it's an Si. With the money they save on insurance they can go buy the slightly larger rear swaybar and Si cluster.

 

the price i would say like 5,000...the car is super fresh...u will never make ur money back so i u put alot of money into ur car ur better off just keeping it...

 

^x2 That car is super clean, and seems really well taken care of, hard to find a car that has been changed and still look clean. If that was my car i would price it around 5k too.

i mean, a close to stock or stock clean ex of this vintage, depending on mileage, would be in the 5k range if in this condition. add in the cool stuff and high quality paint and you would not be crazy asking 7k.

i'm curious how many miles are on the chassis.

is there any bad aside from the idle issue w/ a/c?

PS, what is the car tuned with because it can probably be corrected easily within that...

 

i agree with most of these guys. Its a nice clean car. I would ask somewhere in the $5,800 - $6,000 range.
