Default Best break-in fluids??

I was wondering what the best break-in oil and assembly lube would be on a freshly re-built b18c?? And would there be any difference on a b16a?

I didn't really use a break-in oil for my motor. But I know my builder used a helluva lot of Torco engine assembly lube.

I just started with 30w to start up and warm up the motor. After like 30mins I changed the oil to 5w30 for the first 50 miles or so.
