Default clutch master cylinder issues

The car is a 1996 Prelude Si and had no pedal pressure, and when pressing the clutch in the slave cylinder was not moving. I took a look at the master cylinder from under the dash and noticed a nasty leak. There was also not much fluid in the reservoir. Went to Advance and got a replacement. Got the new one in and went to bleed it but there is still no pedal pressure. What to do? Thanks H-T.

of course there is fluid in there. A friend of mine is suggesting a vacuum bleeder. I've pumped the pedal over 100 times and it does nothing.
