I bought a crx with some minor rear quarter panel damage. It has a totalled title. I'm almost done rebuilding it. I'm wondering how hard it is to pass the inspection to see if its safe. Its says I have to take it to the washington state patrol to get it inspected.

I am putting on a turbo kit on this car. Should I wait until after the inspection to do this or will it be OK to do it before?

anyone from WA done this...or any other state for comparison?
