This spoiler is the same spoiler that was offered as an option for all US '99-'00 Civic coupes.

My understanding is it will fit the bolt holes from a '96-'98 coupe spoiler also, though the wiring comes through the opposite side. The wiring is on the right/passenger for the '96-'98 coupe spoiler. It goes through it's own hole, so anyone buying a '99-'00 coupe spoiler to put on a car that had a '96-'98 coupe spoiler would have to drill an additional hole.

Pics will definitely help you! If you can get some up, the embossed CIVIC logo on the underside next to the LED light proves the OE ones.

Sounds like it's probably Flamenco Black Pearl, which would match '98-00 Civics that came in black. Not sure how it would match compared to the '96-'97 Granada Black.

I sold one a couple years ago, same color even, but it was a replica. So I sold it for dirt. I luckily got to sell it, but the quality was really not there like it is for OE ones. The one I had felt like it could easily break.
