when im in first gear and slowly let off the clutch it starts shaking a lot.. like when u dont press the gas

 

The clutch is probably either worn or contaminated with oil or the motor mounts are bad.

 

Well if you're not giving it any gas, it's gonna shake because the motor wants to die out...

i would agree with ronj you clultch is prob worn out has oil on it or you have 1 or more bad mounts

 

I have to agree with you, my car did the same thing also..I tried changing the front motor mount which was the most worn out and it reduced the shaking but didnt eliminate it..My dad is a backyard mechanic for years and he said that it the clutch that the cause..

 

proablly rear mount or like everyone else said

 

well when you don't give it a little gas it will sputter and shake alot.
