My future project motor?

Ok this motor I'm thinking to build. I pick up a LS complete short block from junkyard. I found a guy selling JDM B16a head. It includes the v-tech setup with intake manifold and fuel rail. what do ya think? It can be my LS vtec

or maybe i should get the complete long block and get the golden eagle vtec conversion kit?
