Just bought my wife a 03 honda element and shes wanting more power out of it. Seen that Comptech makes a supercharger for the Automatic TSX, was wondering if you guys would know if this would even work for my application or if its something that isnt even worth looking into?

you might get more info over at element owners club forum. but....

its a 2 part answer. yes it will work (parts wise)

the tune will not while there both k24s they arnt the same. the element will work better due to an already low compression. but due to valvetrain you wont get the same hp or rpm a tsx would. hondata would be a good choice and a good tune

 

why not try to look for a k20(typeS??) head to swap w/ the k24 engine that you have...!??
ive seen several combo like this in some of the "street" civics i know, then go get a
Kpro or reflash!?? somebody did the Kpro swap on his gen2 that might work for element
too..!! anything is possible... just go look for a reputable shop to do this, but if you
still insist on supercharging... i really wanna see that! coz, this might give me an idea
or lead if my sister wanna get the E that was being offered to her....
she kept on insisting that she wanna "hook it up" if ever she would get it, she wants
something similar to my vtec-T crv, i told her the only thing id do on that is the k20a
head swap and Kpro to make it tuneable!

Thanks for the input guys... Shes not set on the supercharger idea but she just wants more performance when getting on the highway and for that punch to pass someone or the occasional mustang or camaro...LOL. The type-s head has crossed my mind a few times.
