Coolant leak please help!
Alright so i have been loosing coolant here and there at random times. It is leaking out underneath the throttle body and right above the transmission. I have pictures attatched and i was wondering if this meant that i had to replace the thermostat or if the leak could be caused by something else. I drive a 1998 Accord v6 Sedan. Thanks for any help or solutions!

The red arrow is pointing to where it is when looking from the top of the motor.

Take off the plastic cover that is over the throttle body for a better look. The cover is held on with 2 plastic clips. See this pdf: http://www.tegger.com/hondafaq/tsb/accord/A99-085.pdf
There are some coolant hoses that run to the throttle body, etc. A visual inspection with the cover off may reveal where the direct leak is.

It does not look as if it is leaking from any of the hoses. It looks more like it is from a bold or some part of the metal. Does anyone know the location of the thermostat on this type of motor and if that would be a symtom of this problum?
The thermostat housing is located as circled. Generally, leaks are from hoses or seals (e.g., gasket, o-rings, etc.). It is rare that there would be a crack in any metal part unless there was excessive heat causing expansion and cracking, or it was hit with great force by another object.
A coolant leak may be coming from a hose (on the hose or at the fitting), or a seal such as the thermostat rubber mounting seal. There are other hoses under there, like the radiator hose to the thermostat housing, etc. Visual inspection should tell what it is. Even if it is dried, there should be a coolant trail or at least an area with a dried pool of coolant.
It might be coming out at the end of the radiator hose, which might just require replacing of the hose and possibly the hose clamp or the thermostat housing seal may need to be replaced.

Alrighty thanks for the help. I will take it apart later today and let you know what i find out. Does it make a differance that it only leaks like once a month at like a random time during the same driving conidition? Like it started leaking yesterday and i filled the reserve tank back up with coolant and today the level is the same and there is nothing leaking.
I noticed in most Hondas that the coolant level in the reservoir will need to be topped off to max periodically, even if there is no blown head gasket, leak, etc. You may not be actually losing that much coolant from wherever it is that leak is. So when you are topping off the reservoir, not all of the fluid may be due to that leak.
From your picture, it is possible it is leaking a little from the hose end and dripping down in the direction of the arrow I drew.

I didnt have a chance to take a look or take it apart yesterday but i will try and look a little closely at it today. I do top off the coolant level in the resovour periodicly but this past time it was defently a leak that must have corrected itself once i topped it off because it was leaking from the engine onto the pavement.
I have an 01 V6 and had virtually the same leak that you have. The coolant would leak down and make a puddle on the transmission. It indeed was one of the small, molded hoses near the throttle body. If I had to guess, it was #2 or #3 from the diagram above, but I honestly don't remember.
