Default LS crank in B18c1 block

So im currently working on my b18c1 N/A setup and most is done but, i came across a few setups with the LS crank in the bl18c1 block. For some reason i'm thinking for more tourqe? if im not right let me know the reason for this. Also for some reason i mthinking for it to fit it will need to be machined a little? here is the setup lfor the block i am thinking.

81.5 mm CP 12.5:1 cr pistons
H-Beam eagle rods w/ arp rod bolts
Golden Block Guard
ERL 5 Point Main Girdle
moroso oil pan
block will be surfaced

If the LS Crank would be an advantage in this setup let me know. thanks everyone.

Don't know where YOU looked, but I did mine without a problem. Just use an oil squirter block kit, match the crank to the rods, and go, go , go. I'm at 12.4:1 on my LS crank GS-R engine and couldn't be happier. You give up too quickly without knowing all the facts.

Here, check this one out. I was able to do it with good planning.

^^^Trust this guy. He knows his stuff. He gave me great info and helped me through my 85x89 build (GSR block LS crank). I'm at 13+ compression and just finished my build. Took all the advice from The Shodan and my build went smooth. Dynotuned 263 WHP and 163 TQ.

OP if you have any questions PM me I can help or talk to TheShodan he'll be more than happy to help also.
