B16a3 Del Sol timing Belt due
It's overkill for a factory/stock engine. Overkill in the sense that the factory timing belt will do just fine on a factory/stock engine. It won't hurt anything to use it on a factory/stock engine, just isn't needed is all. If it's cheaper then go for it, but I recommend Honda t-belts because I have yet to see a Honda t-belt fail on a factory engine when properly maintained (changed every 7 years or 105,000 miles whichever comes first).

I'd put money on the stock belt lasting longer. www.hondaautomotiveparts.com is a good place to start if you want stock parts.
I usually buy the t-belt, water pump, accesory belts, cam seals, front main seal, and t-belt tensioner, and tensioner spring when I do T-belt and water pump jobs.
