car is reported stolen so any info report to me or authorities

1998 honda civic stolen from harvard st between olympic and san marino if you have any info please advise authorities
the car is flamenco black pearl
license plate # 4cmf292
2 door coupe dx
lowered on no name blue spring
set of rare riken rtw color gold
depo yellow fog lights
gsr front seats
black housing headlights with black eye lids
stanley sidemarkers fenders had some bumps right and left
right side quarter panel had scrape
integra vanity mirror/ visor
shrt shfter with red shft ****

dude that whole vernon, Hunington park area is full of theives..ask me what i know about it (not your car, just the theives) I saw someone steal a 4door integra and was flying down FLorence near pacific with the alarm going off in a panic u can tell by the way he was driving he stole it. I'm standing at a bus stop watching this sh*t live before my eyes. A douche bag with a baseball cap with the bill not folded...Just like an L.A. douche bag. I hope those wheels turn up. At least its running man, ya know.. coulda been a ton worst my man.

 

shouldnt be hard to spot that suit though, someone's walkin around flamed up.
