yea , im thinking i want to do some internal stuff before i just do the "bolt on" stuff you see everyday on your way home from work on every shitty cavilear. not to mention i love burning the **** out of the advanced auto muffler boys with my stock R anways the flywheel sounds good and i was thinking of some adjustable cams if they make them for the R ... front and rear sway bars , coil overs ... things like that. i guess for now i wanna stay with the stock look on the outside and have a monster inside. i want to have a "sleeper" i just want to do it right tho

He may not wanna crack the tranny yet. The ATS is a sick mod if ya wanna crack her open. If not I say Header, Cat, Exhaust and either a drop in filter or an Intake (both filter and intake have similar gains, never doubt the stock itr air box). If your gonna go in on the tranny, go for the ATS, don't settle for the JDM final and get yourself a 9lb or lighter flywheel and everything will be gravy

A Cobra-R owner said this minutes before destroying his car 20 seconds after going out on track for a school. You have no idea what "getting to know your car" really means. This is not an insult, just the truth.

Jason-
who is getting there, but still has a TON to learn about his kaa

ok wait I confused. You said no bolt-ons just internal stuff but yet you mention sway bars and coil-over which do in fact BOLT ON. Adjustable Cam Gears without cams or a vafc is kinda useless, they will be set at 0 without tuning. Your getting yourself in deeper than you think. Do some research on your car and parts THEN ask for advice so you know WTF we are talking about

Best thing to do is just to look on this forum. Check out what everybody has and such. Seems like the first thing people do when considering mods is asking someone else. The thing to do is fiqure out what u want and RESEARCH. just my .02

Why not a Intake/Header/Exhaust combo?

front and rear sway bars , coil overs ... things like that.
What makes you think you can outdrive the stock suspension?

It's not "we do HPDEs so we're gods who preach to everyone else", but rather "learn how to make the best use of what you already have by improving the driver first".

A fast driver is fast in any car.
