Whatsup Ht never post on here but now that i got my car put back together i can post some pics of the progress,let me know what u guys think.
thinking of the oem champ white itr wing but idk yet.
also have the front nose mask oem i might be putting on but need to put the bumper screws to properly align it.
also need to raise up the coilovers,dropped because i just dropped in my ls vtec high comp swap.
getting some koni yellow and ground controls next week

Looks like it's coming alog nicely. It's cool that you decided to use an RS. It's perfect for an R clone since it has no sunroof. Was that on purpose?
The only thing that would make it better is if you decided to make it a '97 clone with the front end and the 4x114. I want a '97 CW ITR so bad. Someday I'll get one, or at least build a clone from an RS also.

thanks the car was a rolling shell just 2 weeks ago sitting in my driveway,i ran across a Cl ad for a 5 lug,i picked this setup for 1100 cash.

no the car was actually my brothers he had a ls vtec and blew the engine,it sat since Feb collecting dust.i rebuilt the motor with a diff block,ctr pistons,0.20 over,gsr head and b16 trans.the new swap sat and i traded my 98 civic for this car +1100 and i bought the wheels the same day,i didnt hesitate to pick them up.its got Gsr interior,spc camber kit all round.Now im waiting on my engine harness to come in the mail.
yeah i seen on another forum some guy shaved his moldings without having to weld, just using bondo and 3m automix 8116 adhesive.I just dont want to shave them and have to drive with primer spots on my car,that doesnt hit.
Im picking up some koni and Gc next week,the wing im not sure yet,and next month withh be picking up a pair of usdm itr seats.

heres some night shots,couldnt get any pics on the interior till tommorow.
raised up the front coilovers,it was too dropped from the motor swap,and the rear still has stock shocks and springs.

ok i got my harness in right now got a new battery from work,now the car is turning over it sounds healthy but the car sounds like it just cranks and "poof poof poof poof poof" and off,sounds like backfiring but doesnt pop loud,i tried 2 diff ecu and i dont have my air intake sensor on but shouldnt make a big diff,if i give it gas itll stay on but sputtering like that,What i think is the problem is the timing might be off a tooth.
Anyone have any advice on this problem if so please let me know cause im aching to get my car out to the streets. or if anyone in the socal oc area can swing by and help me out ill provide the hennesy and herb

I got it runnin boss!!! i redid my timing and it still wouldnt fire up then i disconected the iacv plug and plugged in the other plug that looked alike and bammm!!! fired up like a ****ing beast,the thing sounds like a muscle car and healthy as a horse.Im so happpppy time to smoke a blunt in my teg
