Default Expansion valve

I need the replace the expansion valve on my 99 civic. I removed the glovebox and everything but theres one more bolt on the top that cannot be reached with normal tools. Do I have to remove the ENTIRE dash to remove the evap box?

Unless the 6th Gen civic is totally different than the 5th then the answer is No.

On a 5th you can pull the Evaporator out with the dash in place no problem. There is a bolt up high that I use a long extension to get.

Finally got it off. I had to use a 3/8'' wobble extension, swivel joint, and finally the short 10mm. you have to squeeze your free hand and guide it onto the nut.
