Default Kings Performance S2King NEW DYNO Numbers!

We had been working really hard to finish the car for the NSCRA Event that it was suppost to be this weekend, but due to the Storm Danielle it got canceled!

After many long days & nights the guys @ KINGS Performance like always made it happen.

Let me start with the whole story

At the Battle of the Import a couple months ago we were having clutch & tranny issues with 2nd gear not going in. Because of that I hit the limiter in 2nd gear multiple times, I bent a couple of valves causing to drop 1 valve and distroid the head, pistons, block and pretty much everything! LOL

It was time to start building a new KINGS Performance motor:

While we were building a new KINGS Performance motor I decide to do a NEW KINGS Performance V2 T4 Turbo kit

And if I was putting a new KINGS Performance motor & a new KINGS Performance V2 T4 Turbo kit! Might as well put a new PPG Dog Box tranny:

And if I was putting a newKINGS Performance motor, new KINGS Performance turbo kit, PPG Dog Box tranny well might as well put a set of Injector Dynamic ID2000

After doing all this upgrades we decide to put it on the DynoJet:

Omar made a few adjustments and after making a few quick pulls he decide to make the 1st full pass.

1st pull @ 19psi 627whp

2nd pull @ 23-24psi 684whp

3rd pull @ 31-32psi 785whp

***The wideband on the dyno was bad, so the AIR/FUEL readings showing on the dyno sheets are wrong***

The final dyno numbers were 809whp @ 34-35psi. We are having a few issues with the new AEM V2 boost controller settings, due to that is different than the AEM V1 settings. Omar is taking care of it with Henry @ AEM Power (The best customer service & Tech Support that you can get!).

We left it like that, because the tranny started leaking oil. Omar is going to finish the rest @ the track. When we ran 10.3 @ 143mph on Drag Radials the car was making 740's whp.

I can't wait to go to the track!

Stay tuned for the video @ the dyno & @ the track

I will like to thank:

AEM Power
PRECISION TURBO (Best Turbo ever)
Competition Clutch
Golden Eagle MFG (Best Sleeves)
Skunk2
T1 Radevelopment (PPG Parts)
and the entire crew @ KINGS Performance for an amazing work with the full build up! (KING Fast Fernan for engine building/installation & KING Omar-Tech for the Best tuning).

Thanks for your time,

Fernando @ Kings Performance

Solid.

HArd to judge from the small graphs and speed vs rpm, but the T4 looks to have a good powerband on that car.

What rods/pistons did you end up using?

We have seen as high as 90psi on Brent's car & we are using a 80mm turbo. How do you think we run 6.8 @ 201mph on a 4cyl 2.0 liter!

Great power and amazing car. I'm just curious why your tuner decided to tune the car at 12.7:1 AFR on your 700HP map. On your 600HP map, it's tuned much more rich (in my opinion, where your AFR should be; on the safe side). Even if they used a probe at the tail pipe, it would be close to 12.5:1. It will make great more power when it's lean, but longevity goes out the window.

Don't get me wrong, I'm just curious if you were just seeing what the car would make max and dialing back down? You've built a bad *** car! I love the turbo manifold and the built motor looks amazing as well. Which sleeves are those?

Keep posting pics!

If you read carefully
***The wideband on the dyno was bad, so the AIR/FUEL readings showing on the dyno sheets are wrong***
Depending on the fuel that you are using you can tune anywhere between 11.1 to 12.5 A/F
