Default Turbio guys, need help with a TT

Recently got a HKS TT and no manual or anything for it. Ive found online a diagram of the wires.

Black=ground
blue=acc
red=battery
green=ignition1
yellow=ignition2
grey=ebrake

is this all true?

Now, for the installing it part, which wires should I be splicing? A picture or something would be great. I've got a, 88 crx if that helps. The TT is an older one so im not sure of the model
only picture I could find of it.

Also, is there a way to test if the TT works first before I start hacking in to my ignition harness?

to test it just hook it up to your car battery. the red to postive and black to negative. On the wiring you should try posting it on the force induction thread and see if that helps.

88 Si. And if thats a way to test them, then my HKS one is no good. I bought a Greddy TT last night and found a ton more help online with that one. 12volt.com shows me which wires are which. So I think I got it now. If I have any more issues, ill post back.

Is hooking up the ebrake part of the timer a must? I know for safety reasons it should be hooked up but thats not what I want to know.

it simply checks that the ebrake is pulled

how else will the car stay in one spot if its running?
