Default tuner help on b16 turbo project?

hi guys,please help me out here. i got a 92 integra DA5

im planing on turbo charging my almost(just got typ r cams) bone stock b16a. im totaly new in this but still did my research and since im low in budget, therefore so far this is my list,

my target is 300whp daily driver

a t3/t4 turbo (i don kno about the trim, can sombody explain to me?)
a log/ram horn manifold(which ever i can find at cheaper price)
wastegate(can sombody explain me the psi thing?)
rc 550cc injectors
BOV
big front mount intercooler with custom 2.5inch piping.

im currently running a obd0 setup. so for the tuning i was thinking about going hondata and shifting to a obd1. but im confused about s100/200/300....which one do i need??

now the most important question.....im located in bangladesh where there is no tuner for this. so i was planing to fly in a tuner from a near by country and tune my car......can anybody suggest me a good tuner for my setup in Singapore/Thailand/Malaysia/India or near by?

i kno i asked alot of question and some may be very stupid, but please help me out here,im also a fellow honda owner whos just trying 2 mod his car

am i missing anything in the list?

go with an inlinepro manifold. they are decently priced, work awesome, and are strong. Go with a precision 5857 turbo, awesome for the street, and hella fun to drive, 38mm tial wg, go with a .7 bar spring. If you want hondata, your best bet is the s300. and as for injectors, go with 550cc if your gonna stay stock motor, and if u need a basemap to get the car runing, just give me a shout. i will email you one that should get your car to the dyno, or if you get a wideband, you can prolly make a few adjustments to the map yourself. hope that helps,

cheers

hey thankx man, that helped. ya i selected 550cc injectors and a hondata s300. but i was planing on gettin the mani and turbo and others all used from honda marketplace so i can save up some cash which i will need with the tune.

the reason behind it is there is no tuner in my place so i have to fly in a tuner to do the car for me. therefore my budjet for the turbo and everything without the hondata and without the pipeing(down pipe,ic pipeing, dump pipe i'll custom make) should be about 1500?? or do i have to spend more?

my target is about 300whp on all stock 1st gen b16a

some help guys please advise me on which way to go

Check the FAQs a bit more before asking for step-by-step help. there's no perfect RIGHT answer for this. Start going through those titles one by one. That will help more than constantly bumping this.

i read the FAQ 2 times and the Turbo guide in Gen2 integra forums......i got the basic idea, but still dont know which to match with my setup. after the faq i know how the waste gasket work and i know the equal length are better then log manis but nobody told me which i need to work in my setup.....so can somebody please be kind enough to help me out here by some actual advises rather then directing me towards the FAQs and Guides??

ahh yea, g2ic.com. i havent been there in a long time.

my advice:
1) you dont have to buy some badass 1,000 dollar turbo to meet your goals. seems like too many people are riding wagons and not thinking for themselves now adays, and they are getting ripped off in the process.

2) used is your friend. i wouldnt get a log manifold, im sure you can find a nice condition used ramhorn or halfram manifold.

i just got done tuning a friends stock b16 that has my old turbo kit on it. the car is likely making 270ish whp and runs and pulls excellent. basic rundown.

garrett 57 trim t3/t4
half ramhorn manifold w/3" dp
tial 38mm
spearco intercooler, somewhere around 26x7x3
greddy type s bov and home made 2.5" intercooler piping.
i bought the parts used, and then sold them to him. all in good condition for 1200 bucks. the deals are out there just look for them

street tuned on neptune rtp. which brings me to my final advice.

3) get a capable tuner and dont skimp on the management (recommend hondata/neptune/ectune)

thankx for the advise

yes im also in almost the same track as you told me,just little confused about the which trim turbo,i dont understand that thing much.

about the tune, yes i know its the most important thing, but i dont have a tuner around, but im willing to fly in a tuner to get the job done. it will be great help if somebody can find me a good tuner from a country near by from me. somebody in south asia or so?

also about my forged piston and rod question....do i need them? what advantages will i get if i get them??

they are stronger. stock pistons have a tendancy to break the ringland where the piston rings sit at levels above 300hp (this is totally variable by the way there is no one set exact answer).
