Default Quick flash of oil light, why?

Vehicle: 1999 Honda Civic CX
Mileage: 117,500
Engine: Stock

When I start my car, all instrument lights come on and then go off( as typical ), then the oil light flashes on/off quickly after it has started. I've never noticed this before, up until about 2 weeks ago.

I changed the oil about 1,500 miles ago. There are no leaks, and the level is good.

The car is running fine, I just wonder why it's doing this. If it's a sign of something going to possibly go out soon, or if it's because of the recent temperatures here in OK (100+), even though it's garaged, and it's been in the high 80's-lower 90's recently.

I did some research, and it seems maybe it's possible that the Fram filter I used is causing this because of an anti drain back? I've used these before without an issue.

I think I am going to hook up an oil pressure gauge and see if the readings fall within spec. It doesn't do it every time I start it, either.

could be the use of a cheap oil filter.i always use a OEM or HAMP filter. and remember OEM spec pressures are withe the use of an OEM filter
