Default 95 Civic Auto to Manual Swap Rear Mount Question

I am doing a auto to manual swap on a 1995 civic dx 2dr with a d15b vtec, I am using the 5 speed t-bracket. Do i need to change the rear mount that attaches to the t-bracket? My 5 speed conversion mount for the top works prefect, Just stuck on the rear bracket now.

Auto and manual '92 - '95 D-series T brackets are the same. The rear mount itself is different, it bolts up the same, but the automatic version is significantly weaker.

the manual t-bracket is smaller then the auto t-bracket, the manual mount sit's forward more.

No it isn't. The T bracket is identical, right down to the part number, 50827-SR3-010 for both. Believe me, i've done a couple of auto to manual swaps on '92 - '95 civics and that T-bracket is the same.

The mount sits the same, I ran an automatic rear mount for years until I finally replaced it with a new one, I caompared them when I changed it, they fit the same, but the manual mount has less rubber in it, part numbers are shown below:

50810-SR3-030 INSULATOR, RR. ENGINE MOUNTINGRUBBER (MT)
50810-SR3-983 INSULATOR, RR. ENGINE MOUNTINGRUBBER (AT)

If its a '92 - '95 you can, although if you can afford it i'd buy a 5 speed rear mount, they're a lot stronger and the engine wont rock nearly as bad.

Ok, The t-bracket (part no: 50827-SR3-010) is the same for a 92-95 honda civic. The manual rear mount sits up higher and leans forward more then the auto rear mount does, i just compared them today on my swap. The AT rear mount would not work, We had to use the manual rear mount with the auto t-bracket. I found out today that we were trying to use a 96-00 manual t-bracket. Which is different form the 92-95 t-bracket. That's what my confusion was. All sorted now and the car runs smooth.
