No P/Sing under 5 mph
Ya so I have no power steering when I'm parking, making a U-turn, reversing, etc. But as soon as I get going it's perfect. And also whenever I turn right my steering wheel becomes unaligned so that when i'm driving str8 the wheel is completely sideways(perfect alignment). When I make a left turn the wheel goes back perfect. It's weird. and my alignments perfect the whole time. Any thoughts?

Are you saying that the steering wheel centers differently when you turn it? Have you checked the R&P bolts and bushings?
Without enought fluid, the pump may not ble able to push enough fluid to help the steering turn, so you definetelly need to have a look at the PS reservoir.
Checked resevoire looks good. Gonna check R&P bolts after work. I was canceling that out b/c it was just changed. But that was before I got the car. Shitty install might have left bolts too loose.
You also may want to have a look at the condition of the fluid. Honda sets no interval for changing the fluid, unlike every other fluid. It should be a clear to slight yellowish look. Most of the time when power steering gets hard like you describe, the fluid is dark brown/black. Take it to a shop to get it flushed, or if you are comfortable doing it yourself, you can, but the way I am thinking of for a DIY requires two people and can be a little risky.
Also there is a filter at the bottom of the reservoir that can become clogged with dirt and debris which can limit the flow of fluid. Once again, this goes along with flushing the entire system out.

There is a control valve located in the power steering pump itself. As the RPM increases, power steering assist decreases. This is to prevent the vehicle from having excessive power steering assist while cruising down the road and it helps to maintain a consistent amount of power steering assist at all times. There could be a problem with the control valve.

Ok, R&P looks good. P/S fluid looks good and at right lvl. Looks like my driver side CV needs to be changed though. Also the steering wheel is after market(recent by last owner). I'm guessing maybe something wasn't tightened all the way? Anyone know something in that process that could have gone wronge?
