Just adding fuel to the main fuel maps isn't going to work. You need to set up the injectors first.

Here is a quick How-To on the Crome start up and tuning...

Check all of your mechanical parts then. Ensure that your timing is on also Make sure your fuel pressure is good and that you are getting a strong spark from your plugs. It could also be a sensor issue. If the TPS and MAP sensor connections are swapped or if they are not registering the proper voltage it can cause this sort of condition as well.

Your fuel maps are way too rich and your injector offset is only at .25. that is only a change of .0025 in the final equation. You should get your engine idling properly before you start adding too the main fuel and ignition tables.

What do the maps and offsets look like on the map that works?

Set the Injector Battery offset to 750cc under the advanced tables menu. Then adjust the injector offset, under the fuel tools advanced tab menu, according to your battery voltage and AFRs.

Do you have a wideband O2 and a voltmeter or datalogging capabilities?
