If i have a torsen lsd and rotate it to 180deg will it work? I mean to reverse rotation direction.

I don't understand. There aren't any Torsen LSD's for FWD Honda's so reversing the rotation isn't an issue. If you mean the typical helical LSD I wouldn't suggest it. The gears inside are rotation specific. Might work, but know that you might destroy an otherwise good LSD.

 

I want to put d series lsd in civic 4x4 rear diff. But the rear diff is rotated to 180deg...

 

That's been done before. You should be fine with it given the rear doesn't get power all the time and when it does its not much.
