6 ECT - water temperature sensor
Make sure this is plugged in. Here's a diagram to show you where it is (its also called TW sensor): http://www.rywire.com/store/images/x_hts_gsrplugs1.jpg

7 TPS - throttle position sensor
How did you wire this up? The Y7 engine has a 3 wire and the Z6 has a two wire. If you haven't already check here on how to wire it: http://www.ff-squad.com/tech/wiring/wiring.96-98.jpg

10 IAT - intake air temperature sensor
The IAT on the Z6 motor looks like this

The Y7 looks like this

Your best bet is to place the Y7 IAT in the intake arm or get the Z6 style plug and plug it into the one on the Z6 intake manifold
