i just bought a pair of hid's for my car (1991 honda accord) i checked the bulbs before putting them in then i put in one side and i checked it and it worked. i took out the battery to put in the otherside replaced the batter and checked them again. The batter side light is not turning on but the other side is. i swapped the ballasts to make sure it was not that and the same light was still turning on. i put the ballasts back to how they where at first and then the battery side turned on but not the otherside. does any one have ideas why this may be?

both headlights worked fine before i put in the hid's any help is greatly appreciated.
