FS: CRX SI w/ Jackson Racing Supercharger *$2600obo

Up for sale is my 1989 crx SI with a Jackson Racing supercharger. The car does run and can be driven as a DD but it does need a tune due to the 440cc injectors which sometimes cause the car to flood until its fully warmed up. Asking price is $2600obo you can contact me at (805)757-9506 to check out the car and it is Located in Lompoc CA. If you dont want the extra parts i'll sell it for $2300 you come get it. Thats less than the kit was new....
The car has a clean title but does have a dent from a neighbor hitting it (see pics). I am the third owner and it was used to commute from Lompoc CA, to Santa Barara via the highway at 70-75mp for approx 200k of its total mileage. The supercharger has only been on the car for approx 75 miles and mods are as follows
Jackson Racing Supercharger that is fully functional and working. The kit comes with both a high boost (currently installed) and a low boost pulley
Gude Bullfrog cam (along with the stock cam)
High Flow fuel rail with FPR
RC 440 Injectors
New intake manifold gasket
New distributor is included but isnt on yet, new plugs, wires, cap, rotor.
Newer thermostat
Re upolstered by dank 89 si seats with > 5k miles on them, they are tweed or whatever with original centers. They look awesome and the foam is in great shape.
Timing belt replaced within the last 30k miles along with the water pump
The car is pretty much all original aside from that, original steering wheel, wheels, original floor mats in great shape, cargo cover in great shape, this car was never RICED or molested. I babied it with oil changes every 3k which are documented.
The car however is not perfect and needs the following
Axels are clicking
Cracked / broken climate control. Heater is set to 3/4 hot right now... Windows for when its hot outside lol.
Needs a intake TUBE and filter. I can put on the stock arm and a cheap filter if the buyer wants. I was going to use and HKS filter on this arm
Paint on the roof / hood is pretty oxidized. Doors are OK but the whole car needs a re spray.
Dent on the rear passenger 1/4 panel. This happened when my stupid neighbor hit my car but the title is clean.
and as mentioned it needs a tune
i'll include the following parts and any other parts I have as well
Extra parts: that can be included (most likely will)
13" kumho slicks, they are used but never by me
ported / polished d16a6 head its pretty much complete just needs a single new valve i believe. Its dissembled as I had it hot tanked
Complete OEM gasket set from the head gasket up *from Honda
3 quarts of amsoil 10w30 (ran castroil high mileage for about 90k before switching)
Virgin ECU (original ECU)

it makes me sad to sell it but I want to buy my dad a house so this is gonna have to go.
Just a note, come test drive it if you want i was driving it around town 2-3 times a week up until putting it up for sale. It can drive on the highway just fine just stop and go could be a pain but doable. If somebody pays the full price and gives me a few days notice i'll get you the stock injectors and FMU from my mechanic and it will be 100% smooth driving once you install it.
it makes me sad to sell it but I want to buy my dad a house so this is gonna have to go.

UP, just got back from a night drive in a GT3... let me tell you how much I appreciate my hondas soft clutch right now haha.
